A 15,000 sq ft office across three floors requiring automated conference rooms, presence-driven office lighting, and central climate control to reduce high monthly energy bills.
Solution Implemented
We deployed over 60 high-precision presence sensors and centralized climate gateways. Boardrooms were equipped with one-touch presentation modes (dimming spotlights, lowering screens, switching display inputs), and transit areas auto-extinguish when empty, slashing energy waste.
