The Challenge
An upscale pied-à-terre that needed a modern home automation retrofit to attract premium tenants. The landlord requested that the smart systems be completely intuitive and require zero technical knowledge to use.
Solution Implemented
We retrofitted the apartment with premium M8 series glass touch switches and a smart thermostat. We integrated lighting scenes, motorized sheer curtains, and audio controls. The entire system runs locally, ensuring 100% uptime, and features a 'Welcome' scene at the door and a 'Goodnight' scene by the bed.
