The Challenge
A double-story 6,500 sq ft penthouse with floor-to-ceiling glass walls that suffered from intense afternoon heat loads. The client requested a fully integrated system to automate lighting, AC, and motorized roller blinds to maintain comfort while keeping operations simple and wireless.
Solution Implemented
We installed a full Zigbee 3.0 mesh network controlling 42 motorized blinds, 16 AC zones, and 94 smart lighting channels. Blinds automatically lower when sun tracking sensors detect direct glare, saving the AC from overworking, while smart scene switches allow one-click configurations for dining, relaxing, and sleeping.
